When should I order Balloons?

The sooner the better! We prefer at least 3 weeks notice of your event. If you need anything sooner a rush fee will be applied to your order.


When should I order a rental/custom backdrop?

Just like our balloons, the sooner the better! We prefer at least a 1 month notice for our backdrop rentals. We do NOT rush backdrop rentals. If you’re wanting a CUSTOM backdrop please give 1 month notice to allow for planning and preparation. Ask about our ready to go backdrops.

How long do the Balloons last?

We air-fill our balloons and they can be kept indoors for SEVERAL WEEKS! Our outdoor balloons on the other hand are not as blessed. Things like extreme hot and cold temps as well as sharp objects and intense winds can be very harmful to the balloons over extended periods of time.

Do you return to clean?

For Balloons we only clean up if you book a Business Event ( Fee is included in your invoice).
As for our backdrop rentals it is required we pickup once the event is finished. ( Fee is already applied to our backdrop rental prices automatically).

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, For all products we request a 40% non-refundable deposit due at booking. This books your date making it unavailable to other clients to book it also books the backdrops for your date and makes them unavailable to other clients to book, as well as sets up a one on one meeting to go over all details and personalization.


What if I have to cancel?

We understand things can happen, But, we cannot refund the 40% deposit due to having our calendars booked and no other clients able to book for that date. But if balloons have not been inflated we can reschedule as long as Lunar Balloons schedule allows.

What should I expect after booking?

Once you have filled out our inquiry form, we will get to you as soon as we can to discuss your inquiry and see if we are a fit! If so I will send a booking link directly to your email. There you will choose your install date and time and make the nonrefundable deposit and book your design meeting with me!

Do you travel outside your designated areas?

Most of the time we do not travel outside our designated areas ( Guthrie, Arcadia, Edmond, North Yukon and North OKC, BUT we can accommodate if our schedule allows! Delivery fee is $1 a mile from our location Douglas and E Charter Oak, Guthrie, OK.
